How to Order?
To make sure your order is processed without issue, please make sure to follow the steps through to the end.
Step 1: Select the date you would like to reserve for you and your party. Once you have selected your date from the calendar, click on “Check Availability” which will add your appointment to your cart. IMPORTANT NOTE: Be sure to click on “Check Availability” otherwise we will not be able to guarantee your reservation!
Step 2: If your party has 10 persons, select the entree by clicking the image of the entree. You will then be prompted to enter the guest quantity. All entrees are served “family style,” and after you complete step 1 and include the quantity of persons attending, you will be prompted to step 2, sides.
For a group of 10 or more, you are allowed to select 2 entrees. the Chef will prepare half of one entrée and half of the other. If you have more than 10 persons in your group, please make sure to select a second entree after you have selected your sides and salad, for the other half of your group.
Step 2: Please add two sides to your cart. Should you add more than two, only the 1st two will be delivered for your dining experience. You will then be prompted to complete step 3.
Step 3: Please add one salad to your cart. Should you add more than one, only the first salad listed will be delivered for your dining experience. You will then be prompted to complete your order and continue to payment.

Slow roasted beef tenderloin sliced and served with wild mushroom bourbon demi-glace.

The Chesapeake
Lump “Virginia” crab cakes seared and served with Cajun remoulade
Cajun Shrimp Tacos
Cajun shrimp served in warm corn tortillas with sweet chili slaw, fresh Pico de Gallo, and black bean relish
The Southern Grillery
Par smoked pork loin chops basted with southern chipotle BBQ sauce finished with southern VA slaw
London Broil
Marinated Flank steak cast iron grilled, thinly sliced and served with a burgundy wild mushroom sauce
Pico Chicken
Fresh chicken breast cast iron grilled, basted with homemade pesto and topped with fresh Pico De Gallo.
A Taste of Italy
Classic homemade Italian style lasagna served with fresh garlic bread.

Shenandoah Valley Garden Salad
A blend of baby field greens topped with grape tomatoes, cucumbers, sliced red onion and homemade croutons served with fresh herb vinaigrette.
The Rockingham Salad
Fresh baby spinach, candied walnuts, sliced red onion, and poached pears served with raspberry vinaigrette.
Wedge Salad
Fresh cut wedged iceberg lettuce, grape tomatoes, fresh crumbled bacon, green onion and homemade blue cheese dressing.
Classic Caesar salad
Fresh chopped romaine, shaved asiago cheese and homemade croutons tossed with homemade Caesar dressing

Instructions on how to select menu items:
For a Group of 9 people or less you can select…
1 Entrée (the entire group will need to decide on 1 entrée option as a whole)
2 Side items (the entire group needs to select 2 side items as a whole)
1 salad option ( for the entire group)
For a Group of 10 or more people you can select…
2 Entrees (the entire group will need to decide on 2 entrée options as a whole)
2 Side items (the entire group needs to select 2 side items as a whole)
1 salad option ( for the entire group)
For a group of 10 or more, the Chef will prepare half of one entrée and half of the other. That’s exactly how the meals will be priced as well. Half and half.
For example: A group of 10 people have chosen the Cajun Shrimp Tacos and the London Broil as their entrée options. The chef will prepare 5 meals of the Cajun Shrimp Tacos and 5 meals of the London Broil. The Cajun Shrimp Tacos are $28/pp and the London Broil is $35/pp. So the group will be charge for 5 meals at $28/pp and 5 meals at $35/pp.
There is no discount for Kids meals as it’s difficult and sometimes not possible to serve a smaller size entree. We recommend ordering 1 meal for every 2 children.
**Please Note: There is a $50 travel fee for our guest who would like to book our Private Chef staying at our Lazy Bear Lodge in Maurertown, VA.**
The Chef does require a $150 minimum.
*The Seafood Boil cannot be combined with any other entrees. It also does not come with any side items, only a salad.*
Cancellation Policy: If you, for any reason, need to cancel your meal, once an invoice has been sent, you will receive a refund, minus a $50 cancellation fee, if you are 7 days or more away from your scheduled meal date. If you cancel with less than 7 days of your scheduled meal date, no refund will be given.
